6. Returns & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days and approved. Decorated or altered items are non-returnable unless defective. No returns are accepted for items shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Use of design tools and custom site features must comply with all laws and these terms. Misuse may lead to account termination.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected products or services.

All disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Pennsylvania under the Federal Arbitration Act. Class action waivers apply.

12. Branded Product Policies

Products from brands such as Champion, American Apparel, and Columbia must be sold with embellishment only. Reselling on third-party platforms like Amazon or eBay is prohibited. Violations may result in account termination.
