Returns & Cancellations Policy
Please inspect your merchandise upon receipt before decorating. We cannot accept returns on decorated (excluding irregulars) or washed garments under any circumstances.
All claims for shortages, damages, or defects must be made within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Returns must be authorized in advance by Direct Apparel Wholesale, either by phone or via our website, and must be initiated within 60 days of receiving the merchandise. No returns will be accepted after this period.
Claims for defective merchandise must align with the warranties provided in the Direct Apparel Wholesale General Terms & Conditions of Sale.
- All return shipments not made through Direct Apparel Wholesale must be prepaid by the customer.
- No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number or form from Direct Apparel Wholesale.
- Returns must include the original invoice number(s) or will be credited at the lowest published price.
- Products not originally purchased from Direct Apparel Wholesale will be returned at your expense or discarded.
- Discontinued, closeout, altered, or embellished products (excluding irregulars) are non-returnable.
- Returns for dropshipments shipped directly from mill/manufacturer are not allowed.
- Defective items must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.
- Buyers are responsible for confirming style, color, size, and quantity accuracy when shipping to third parties.
Once processed, refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase.

Cancellation or Order Changes
Due to our fast order fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. However, you may return or exchange the product after receiving it (as per the policy above).
Note: If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, a return label will not be provided.
